Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of £1.51 per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the 2026 SAYE Scheme. The Options were issued on 15 October 2026 and will normally be exercisable from 1 December 2029 for six months.
100 employees have elected to participate in the 2026 SAYE Scheme and as a result, Options over a total of 331,289 Ordinary Shares have been granted in respect of the 2026 SAYE Scheme, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
