Leading low-cost gym operator, The Gym Group plc, announces that Chief Operating Officer Ann-marie Murphy will be stepping down from the Board and leaving the business in early 2024 to take up the role of Chief People Officer at SSP Group plc. People & Development Director Ruth Jackson will join the Executive Committee as Chief People Officer.

John Treharne, Chair of The Gym Group, said: "I'd like to thank Ann-marie for her years of service to the business. She has ensured that The Gym Group has an incredibly strong operational team and is also a great place to work.
