Exercise of Share Options & Total Voting Rights
Getech Group plc announced the exercise of employee share options resulting in the issuance of 101,330 new ordinary shares, which will be admitted to trading on AIM around September 28, 2026. Following this admission, the company's total issued share capital will be 152,848,148 ordinary shares, each with one voting right. This increase in shares is a standard part of the company's employee share option schemes and will be used by shareholders for notification calculations under FCA rules.

Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, announces that it has received notices to exercise employee share options (“Share Options”) over a total of 101,330 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 101,330 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on or around 28 September 2026.
Following Admission, the Company’s issued share capital will consist of 152,848,148 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. As the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The option exercises form part of the normal operation of the Company’s employee share option schemes.
