Exercise of Warrants
Great Southern Copper PLC announced that warrant holders have exercised their right to subscribe for 2,166,666 new ordinary shares at 2.4p each, raising £52,000 in gross proceeds. This includes subscriptions from Directors Sam Garrett, Nicholas Briers, and Charles Bond. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on May 25, 2026, bringing the total issued shares to 753,917,860. Any remaining warrants from the May 2023 fundraise have now lapsed.

Great Southern Copper plc (LSE: GSCU), the company focused on copper-gold-silver exploration in Chile, announces that warrant holders have exercised their right to subscribe for 2,166,666 new ordinary shares of 1p each in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 2.4p per share for gross proceeds of £52,000.
Included in this total are 833,333, 833,333 and 416,667 new ordinary shares subscribed for by Sam Garrett, Nicholas Briers and Charles Bond, all Directors of the Company.
Admission to Trading and Total Voting Rights
Application for admission has been made and the admission of these 2,166,666 new Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc, which is expected to become effective on or around 8.00am on 25 May 2026 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the total number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 753,917,860. This figure should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company notes that any remaining unexercised warrants issued alongside the May 2023 fund raise lapse today.
