Exercise of Warrants
Great Southern Copper PLC announced that warrant holders have exercised their right to subscribe for 4,500,000 new ordinary shares at 1p each, priced at 2.5p per share, resulting in gross proceeds of £112,500. Application has been made for admission of these shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, expected around 8:00 a.m. on October 17, 2025. Following admission, the company's total number of issued shares and voting rights will be 588,771,400. This figure is to be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the company under the Financial Conduct Authority's rules.

Admission to Trading and Total Voting Rights
Application for admission has been made and the admission of these 4,500,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc, which is expected to become effective on or around 8.00am on 17 October 2025 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the total number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 588,771,400. This figure should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
