Further to the announcement on 26 June 2024, Great Southern Copper plc (LSE: GSCU), the company focused on copper-gold and lithium exploration in Chile, announces that the admission of the 104,416,667 new ordinary shares to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc, became effective at 8.00am this morning.
Details of new shares admitted
- 104,416,667 new ordinary shares of 1p each, at a price of £0.012 per ordinary share for gross total proceeds of £1,253,000 through a placing and subscription
Director Participation
