Total Voting Rights
Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced its total voting rights as of market close on September 30, 2026. The company currently has 1,075,626,583 issued ordinary shares of 1 cent each admitted to trading, with each share carrying one vote. Additionally, 200,000 shares are held in treasury. This brings the total voting rights figure to 1,075,626,583, which shareholders and others with notification obligations will use as the denominator for calculating their required disclosures under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at market close on 30 September 2026:
it had 1,075,626,583 issued ordinary shares of 1 cent each (“Ordinary Shares”) admitted to trading. Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company; and
it had 200,000 shares held in treasury.
As such the total voting rights figure will be 1,075,626,583 and may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
