Result of AGM
GreenRoc Strategic Materials Plc announced that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting. This confirmation of shareholder support for the company's governance and strategic direction, particularly concerning its critical mineral projects in Greenland, is a positive development. The company is focused on developing the Amitsoq Graphite Project, which has a significant JORC Resource of 23.05 million tonnes at 20.41% graphite, and has demonstrated potential for high-grade anode material. Previous assessments indicated a post-tax NPV8 of US$179M for mining and primary processing, and a more comprehensive study including a graphite spheronisation plant projected a post-tax NPV8 of US$621M.
