Director/PDMR Shareholding
Great Portland Estates PLC announced that on August 28, 2026, executive directors Toby Courtauld, Jayne Cottam, and Dan Nicholson acquired ordinary shares through the company's 2010 Share Incentive Plan. Mr. Courtauld purchased 45 partnership shares at 340.33 pence each and received 90 matching shares at no cost, with an aggregated total of 135 shares for £153.15. Ms. Cottam and Mr. Nicholson each purchased 44 partnership shares at 340.33 pence and received 88 matching shares at no cost, with each acquiring an aggregated total of 132 shares for £149.75.

Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the 'Trustee'), in its capacity as the trustee of the SIP, notified the Company on 1 September 2026 that it purchased ordinary shares of 155/19 pence each on 28 August 2026 under the 'Partnership' and 'Matching' element of the SIP.
The following Executive Directors purchased the number of Partnership Shares set out against their names below, at a price of 340.33 pence per Partnership Share, and were allocated for no consideration the number of Matching Shares (purchased by the Trustee at a price of 345.67 pence per Matching Share) set out against their names below:
