Director/PDMR Shareholding
Great Portland Estates plc announced that on July 31, 2026, its Executive Directors Toby Courtauld, Jayne Cottam, and Dan Nicholson participated in the company's 2010 Share Incentive Plan. They acquired partnership shares at 353.73 pence each, and in accordance with the plan's terms, received two matching shares for each partnership share purchased, at no cost. Specifically, Toby Courtauld acquired 42 partnership shares and 84 matching shares, Jayne Cottam acquired 42 partnership shares and 84 matching shares, and Dan Nicholson acquired 43 partnership shares and 86 matching shares. These transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.

Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the 'Trustee'), in its capacity as the trustee of the SIP, notified the Company on 3 August 2026 that it purchased ordinary shares of 155/19 pence each on 31 July 2026 under the 'Partnership' and 'Matching' element of the SIP.
The following Executive Directors purchased the number of Partnership Shares set out against their names below, at a price of 353.73 pence per Partnership Share, and were allocated for no consideration the number of Matching Shares (purchased by the Trustee at a price of 350.27 pence per Matching Share) set out against their names below:
