GPE secures £8m Fully Managed lettings

Great Portland Estates plc (GPE) has announced a strong start to the new financial year, securing 12 new Fully Managed leasing deals totalling over 41,000 sq ft and delivering £8.0 million of annual rent at an average of £195 per sq ft.

The transactions were completed at an average of 3.7% ahead of March 2026 ERV, demonstrating continued pricing strength and sustained demand for GPE's high-quality, flexible workspace offer.

These latest deals build on recent leasing activity across GPE's Fully Managed portfolio, including the pre-letting of over 13,000 sq ft at Elsley House, W1, ahead of launch, and continued strong momentum at City Tower, EC2.

Looking ahead, GPE is progressing the next phase of its Fully Managed pipeline, including The Courtyard, WC1 and The Howlett, W1, both currently under construction and due for completion in 2027.
