Director/PDMR Shareholding
Great Portland Estates PLC announced that on November 28, 2025, executive directors Toby Courtauld, Nick Sanderson, and Dan Nicholson acquired ordinary shares through the company's Share Incentive Plan. Mr. Courtauld purchased 48 partnership shares at 318.94 pence each and received 96 matching shares at no cost, with an aggregated total of 144 shares for £153.09. Mr. Sanderson and Mr. Nicholson each purchased 47 partnership shares at 318.94 pence and received 94 matching shares at no cost, with each acquiring an aggregated total of 141 shares for £149.90. These transactions represent a continued investment by key management in the company's stock.

Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the 'Trustee'), in its capacity as the trustees of the SIP, notified the Company on 1 December 2025 that it purchased ordinary shares of 155/19 pence each on 28 November 2025 under the 'Partnership' and 'Matching' element of the SIP.
The following Executive Directors purchased the number of Partnership Shares set out against their names below, at a price of 318.94 pence per Partnership Share, and were allocated for no consideration the number of Matching Shares (purchased by the Trustees at a price of 316.33 pence per Matching Share) set out against their names below:
