Transaction in Own Shares
Gaming Realms PLC has purchased 113,058 of its ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 30.46 pence per share as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. These shares will be held in treasury, bringing the total number of shares held in treasury to 29,402,011, with 266,864,003 ordinary shares now in issue excluding treasury shares. This figure of 266,864,003 represents the total voting rights in the company and can be used by shareholders for notification purposes under FCA rules.

GAMING REALMS PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each on the London Stock Exchange through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt"), as part of the share buyback programme.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 29,402,011 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 266,864,003 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The figure of 266,864,003 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by Peel Hunt on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme.
