The company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 296,266,014 ordinary shares, with 23,722,318 shares held in treasury, resulting in 272,543,696 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company notifies the market that at the date of this announcement the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 296,266,014 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), of which 23,722,318 shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 272,543,696 Ordinary Shares.
The number of 272,543,696 Ordinary Shares above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
