The Company has on 7 August 2024 granted awards under its employee share option plan, the Gaming Realms Share Option Plan (the "Plan"), to certain PDMRs of the Company in the form of options over the Company's ordinary shares with an exercise price of nil ("Options" and "Shares") with a vesting period of three years.
