Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited announced that all resolutions were passed at its 2026 Annual General Meeting, including the appointment of BDO LLP as auditor with 99.99% of votes for, and the re-appointment of seven directors, all with overwhelming shareholder support exceeding 99.78% for each. The Directors' Remuneration Report was approved by 99.50% of votes, and the company received general authority to make market purchases of its common shares with 99.95% of votes in favour. Approximately 39.33% of the issued share capital voted on these resolutions.
