Director/PDMR Shareholding - Replacement
Galliford Try Holdings plc has amended a previous announcement regarding shareholdings of persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs). On September 28, 2026, restricted ordinary shares were released to Bill Hocking (46,462 shares), Kevin Corbett (15,836 shares), Mark Baxter (12,538 shares), and Vikki Skene (11,820 shares) under the Annual Bonus Plan. Subsequently, on September 29, 2025, these PDMRs sold a portion of their shares at £6.98 per share to cover tax liabilities, with Bill Hocking selling 21,838 shares, Kevin Corbett 7,127 shares, Mark Baxter 6,269 shares, and Vikki Skene 5,910 shares.

The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 29/09/2026 at 09:00 under RNS No 6480W.
The number of ordinary shares under the award and the number of ordinary shares sold have been amended slightly for all PDMRS.
All other details remain unchanged.

Galliford Try Holdings plc (the "Company") notifies that the following restricted ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company, previously granted under the Galliford Try Holdings plc Annual Bonus Plan, were released on 28 September 2026 to the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below:
