Director/PDMR Shareholding
Galliford Try Holdings plc announced the release of restricted ordinary shares on 28 September 2026 to four persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) under the Annual Bonus Plan, with Bill Hocking receiving 44,789 shares, Kevin Corbett 15,265, Mark Baxter 12,086, and Vikki Skene 11,394, all granted on 27 September 2023. Subsequently, on 29 September 2025, these PDMRs sold a portion of their vested shares to cover tax liabilities, with Bill Hocking selling 21,051 shares, Kevin Corbett 6,870, Mark Baxter 6,043, and Vikki Skene 5,697, all at a price of £6.98 per share.

Galliford Try Holdings plc (the "Company") notifies that the following restricted ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company, previously granted under the Galliford Try Holdings plc Annual Bonus Plan, were released on 28 September 2026 to the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below:
