Director/PDMR Shareholding
On September 29, 2025, Galliford Try Holdings plc announced the release of restricted ordinary shares of 50 pence each, previously granted under the Annual Bonus Plan on September 28, 2022, to persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Bill Hocking received 133,875 shares, Kevin Corbett received 54,583 shares, Ian Jubb received 59,791 shares, Mark Baxter received 42,604 shares, and Vikki Skene received 39,583 shares.
