Director/PDMR Shareholding
On September 24, 2025, conditional awards over ordinary shares of 50 pence each in Galliford Try Holdings plc were released to persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) under the 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan. Bill Hocking received 421,746 shares, Kevin Corbett received 243,015 shares, Ian Jubb received 266,366 shares, Mark Baxter received 192,404 shares, and Vikki Skene received 181,394 shares. On September 25, 2025, to cover tax liabilities, Hocking sold 198,221 shares, Corbett sold 114,218 shares, Jubb sold 125,193 shares, Baxter sold 96,202 shares, and Skene sold 90,697 shares, all at a price of £4.97 per share.

Galliford Try Holdings plc (the "Company") notifies that the following conditional awards, previously granted under the Galliford Try plc 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), over ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company were released on 24 September 2025 to the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below:
