GetBusy's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at The Works, Unity Campus, Pampisford, Cambridgeshire, CB22 3FT at 10.30am BST on Tuesday 21 May 2024.
Attendees are asked to refer to the requirements for pre-notifying attendance detailed within the notice.
The Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 are available at www.getbusyplc.com/investor and are available for inspection by appointment at the Company's registered office or by e-mail at investors@getbusy.com.
