Result of AGM
Genflow Biosciences Plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with overwhelming shareholder support for the Annual Report and Accounts, directors' remuneration report, re-appointment of auditors PKF Littlejohn LLP, and the re-election of directors Gad Berdugo, Dr Eric Leire, Tamara Joseph, Dr Yassine Bendiabdallah, and Guy-Charles Fanneau De La Horie. Additionally, shareholders approved the adoption of the share option scheme with 98.86% of votes for, and authorised the directors to allot shares for scheme options and generally, with similar strong support. The disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights for both resolutions also passed with over 98.8% of votes in favour.
