Posting of the Directors' Report and Accounts
The Company's Directors' Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th April 2026 is now available on the Company's website at www.goodwin.co.uk/report-2026
The Report and Accounts will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will in due course be available for inspection at:
Copies of the Directors' Report and Accounts will be sent to all shareholders in the next 14 days and may also be obtained from the Company's Registered Office: Ivy House Foundry, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3NR.
Dividend timetable
The Company's preliminary results announcement published earlier today noted that a final dividend of 330 pence per share was proposed, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 7th October 2026. The Company confirms the relevant dates relating to the final dividend are as follows:
