The total aggregate holding of the Goodwin Concert Party, including wider family members, is 53.73%. A total of 99,458 shares were sold by various directors at £190 per share.

DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company received notification on 14th November, 2025 of a number of transactions in which Mr. R. S. Goodwin, Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R.E Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are interested.
The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R.E Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).
