Result of General Meeting
Genedrive PLC announced that all resolutions proposed at its General Meeting on March 9, 2026, were duly passed with strong shareholder support, with votes for each resolution exceeding 99% of those cast. The company anticipates that the Conditional Subscription Shares, Additional Subscription Shares, Placing Shares, Open Offer Shares, and Loan Conversion Shares will be admitted to trading on March 10, 2026, at which point the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 1,605,568,256.

Manchester, UK - 9 March 2026: genedrive plc (LSE: GDR), the point of care pharmacogenetic testing company, announces that at the General Meeting, held today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

It is expected that Admission of the Conditional Subscription Shares, the Additional Subscription Shares, the Placing Shares, the Open Offer Shares and the Loan Conversion Shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 10 March 2026. Following Admission, the Company will have 1,605,568,256 Ordinary Shares of £0.00015 in issue each with equal voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
