genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the point of care pharmacogenetic testing company, confirms that warrants have been exercised that were issued in connection to the Equity Prepayment facility that was announced on 31 March 2023. Application has been made for the Admission to trading on AIM of 4,708,584 new Ordinary Shares of 0.015p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
Admission of the New Ordinary Shares ("Admission") is expected to occur on 30 October 2025. Following Admission, the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares. The exercise price is 0.2p per share and this application for listing is to satisfy all the remaining warrants under the Equity Prepayment facility.
Following Admission the Company's issued share capital will consist of 1,029,603,992 Ordinary Shares of 0.015p each and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
