The Company announces it has today allotted 3,800,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") following the exercise of the warrants constituted by the Broker Warrant Instrument executed by the Company on 20 July 2023, at an exercise price of 2.5p per Share and the Company has confirmed receipt of £95,000 into its bank account in settlement.

Applications for admission of the Shares to the Equity Shares (Shell Companies) Category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange will be made and it is expected that admission of the Shares will become effective on or around 18 December 2025 and that dealings in the Shares will commence at that time.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 31,325,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
