Mobile Streams plc announced on September 30, 2025, that progress continues on the reverse takeover (RTO) initially announced on March 31, 2025. The company is still working towards completing the acquisition of Estadio Gana and CMS, with the objective of finalizing the acquisition in November. Further updates will be provided in due course.

Mobile Streams Plc (MOS) announces that work on the RTO as originally announced on 31 March 2025 is progressing well and the Company continues to work towards its objective of completing the acquisition of Estadio Gana and CMS in November.
