Gamma Communications plc has announced its total voting rights as of 31 January 2026. The company's issued share capital comprises 93,491,097 ordinary shares, with 1,592,577 held in Treasury, which carry no voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 91,898,520, with each share representing one vote. This figure serves as the denominator for shareholders to determine their notification obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DGTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 January 2026 consisted of 93,491,097 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, of which 1,592,577 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The shares held in Treasury have no voting rights.
The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 91,898,520. Each share entitles the holder to one vote.
