For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DGTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 October 2025 consisted of 93,764,351 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each, of which 1,592,577 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The shares held in Treasury have no voting rights.
The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 92,171,774. Each share entitles the holder to one vote.
