The board of Gear4music (Holdings) plc ('Company' or 'Group'), the largest UK based retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's AGM held today were duly approved.
The Board notes that 21.8% of votes were against resolution 2, an advisory vote on the Directors' remuneration report for the year ended 31 March 2026. The Board confirms that it will engage with shareholders to understand the reasons for the level of votes cast against this resolution.
