Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Gear4music (Holdings) plc announced the issuance of 38,892 ordinary shares due to the exercise of employee options under its 2023 CSOP Scheme. These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 July 2026. Gear4music (Holdings) plc, ("Gear4music" or "the Group") (LSE: G4M), the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, today announces that 38,892 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees under the Company's 2023 CSOP Scheme.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 38,892 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 8.00 a.m. on 29 July 2026.
Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 21,015,830. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
