Director/PDMR Shareholding
Jean Vernet, Chief Executive Officer of James Fisher and Sons plc, has acquired 33,950 ordinary shares following the vesting of conditional awards under the 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan on 8 June 2026. To cover tax liabilities, 11,170 shares were sold at £4.985 each, leaving 22,780 shares retained, which are subject to a two-year post-vesting holding period.
