Foresight Group Holdings Limited announced that as of March 31, 2026, its issued share capital comprises 116,347,803 ordinary shares, with 2,753,389 shares held in treasury and thus not carrying voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 113,594,414, a figure shareholders should use for calculating notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company announces that, as at 31 March 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 116,347,803 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares"). The Company holds 2,753,389 Shares in treasury, which do not have voting rights.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights of the Company was 113,594,414.
