Total Voting Rights
Foresight Group Holdings Limited has announced that as of January 31, 2026, its issued share capital comprises 116,347,803 ordinary shares, with 1,562,194 shares held in treasury and thus not carrying voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights available to shareholders is 114,785,609, a figure shareholders should use for determining notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company announces that, as at 31 January 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 116,347,803 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares"). The Company holds 1,562,194 Shares in treasury, which do not have voting rights.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights of the Company was 114,785,609.
