Result of AGM
FRP Advisory Group Plc announced that all seventeen resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, were passed. Key resolutions included the approval of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended April 30, 2026, with 99.996% of votes in favour, and the Directors' Remuneration Report, which received 92.97% approval. The re-election of directors and the re-appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP as auditor were also overwhelmingly approved. The company also received strong support for its proposed final dividend of 2.8 pence per Ordinary Share and for authorising the directors to allot equity securities, with resolutions 14, 15, and 16 passing with 93.46%, 94.62%, and 94.63% of votes in favour respectively.
