Revised Notice of AGM
Firering Strategic Minerals plc has issued a revised notice for its Annual General Meeting, which will now take place at 10:00 a.m. BST on September 14, 2026, at Hill Dickinson LLP in London. Shareholders who have already submitted a proxy form are requested to submit a new one as per the updated notice. The company, an AIM-listed producer of lime products and explorer of critical minerals, is focused on ramping up production at its Limeco lime project in Zambia and holds exploration rights for the Atex Lithium-Tantalum Project in Côte d'Ivoire.

Firering Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: FRG), a producer of lime products and explorer of critical minerals, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will now be held at 10.00 a.m. BST on 14 September 2026 at Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW.
A revised Notice of AGM, together with a new Form of Proxy, is available to download from the Company's website at www.fireringplc.com.
Shareholders who have already submitted a Form of Proxy in respect of the original AGM are requested to complete and return the new Form of Proxy in accordance with the instructions set out in the revised Notice of AGM.
Firering Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: FRG) is an Africa-focused producer and developer of industrial and critical minerals. The Company's near-term focus is the ramp-up of production at the Limeco lime project in Zambia, where Firering holds a 45% interest. Once fully optimised, Limeco is expected to be among the largest lime operations in the region, supplying major copper producers in the Central African Copperbelt and gold producers in Zimbabwe.
