Beauty Science UK Limited, associated with a Non-Executive Director, subscribed for 27,777,777 ordinary shares at 0.018 pence each on October 8, 2026, and converted a £10,000 convertible loan note into 55,555,555 ordinary shares at the same price. Castle International Holdings Limited, associated with an Executive Director, also converted a £27,500 convertible loan note into 152,777,777 ordinary shares at 0.018 pence and participated in the placing by subscribing for 359,722,277 ordinary shares at 0.018 pence. All transactions occurred outside a trading venue.
