Facility Conversion Notice

EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a provider of proprietary syngas technology and engineering services for clean conversion of waste into sustainable energy and biofuels, received on 14 January 2026 a conversion notice pursuant to the Global Investment Strategy UK Limited facility ("Facility") as announced on 24 October 2025 for the principal amount of £50,000 to be converted, under the terms of the Facility, at 0.0408p per share into 122,549,020 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Conversion Shares").

Admission and Total Voting Rights

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 122,549,020 Conversion Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the new Ordinary Shares on AIM will commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 20 January 2026.

Following Admission, there will be 1,051,230,362 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
