Result of AGM
Fonix PLC announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with overwhelming support for most ordinary resolutions, including Resolution 1 receiving 99.999% of votes for. While some resolutions, such as Resolution 13, saw a lower percentage of approval at 90.256%, the overall outcome indicates shareholder confidence in the company's proposals.
