Notice of AGM and Dividend Timetable
Fonix PLC announced that its Annual Report for the year ended June 30, 2025, and the Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available. The AGM will occur on November 13, 2025. Shareholders will vote on a final dividend of 5.90p per share. If approved, the dividend will be paid on November 28, 2025, to shareholders on the register by the close of business on November 21, 2025; the ex-dividend date is November 20, 2025.

Fonix (AIM:FNX), the mobile payments and messaging provider, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2025, together with its Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), are now available on the Company's website at https://www.fonix.com/investors. Copies will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.
The AGM is to be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 9:00am on 13 November 2025.
At the AGM, shareholders are being asked to approve, amongst other things, a final dividend of 5.90p per share, which if approved, will be paid on 28 November 2025 to those shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 21 November 2025 (record date), with a corresponding ex-dividend date of 20 November 2025.
