Appointment of Joint Broker
Fintel plc has appointed Peel Hunt plc as Joint Broker, working alongside Zeus Capital, to support its accelerated growth strategy. This appointment means Investec will cease to act as a broker for the company. Fintel plc (AIM: FNTL), a leading provider of software and services to the UK retail financial services sector, today announces that it has appointed Peel Hunt plc as Joint Broker to the business (the "Appointment"). Peel Hunt will work alongside Zeus Capital in support of the business. As a result of this appointment, Investec will cease to be a broker to the Company with immediate effect.
