Appointment of CFO
Finseta PLC has appointed Andrew Richards as its permanent Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director, effective immediately. Richards, who has been serving as Interim CFO since February 6, 2026, brings 25 years of experience in financial services and insurance, including a significant tenure at Chesnara plc and a background at Deloitte. This permanent appointment is expected to leverage his expertise in financial reporting and management within regulated industries as the company pursues its growth strategy.

Finseta (AIM: FIN), a foreign exchange and payments solutions company offering multi-currency accounts to businesses and individuals through its proprietary technology platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Richards as permanent Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Andrew has been serving as Interim CFO of the Company since 6 February 2026 and brings 25 years' experience, primarily within the financial services and insurance industries. He spent 12 years with Chesnara plc (LSE: CSN), a life insurance and pensions consolidator operating in the UK, the Netherlands and Sweden. This included 11 years as Group Financial Controller with responsibility for Chesnara's financial reporting and audit processes and supporting M&A activity across multiple jurisdictions. He also held the role of CFO of Countrywide Assured plc, the principal operating subsidiary of Chesnara in the UK, for nine years, where he oversaw all financial aspects of strategy and financial management. Prior to joining Chesnara, Andrew was a Senior Manager within the Financial Services practice of Deloitte, where he had begun his career. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant.
