Fairview, the Main Market listed operator of international schools following the International Baccalaureate ("IB") curriculum, is pleased to provide the following trading update for the year ended 30 June 2026, and an update on student enrolment for the academic year ending 30 June 2027.

Financial performance

For the year to 30 June 2026 Fairview expects to report consolidated revenue of approximately £5.9 million, an 11% increase compared to the prior year. This growth reflects the impact of higher enrolment during the year and change in the mix of students across the academic programmes. In addition, the Company has continued to manage operating and administrative costs carefully, leading to improved operating margins.

Student enrolment

Total student enrolment was 737 in the year ended 30 June 2026, compared with 694 in the previous financial year, an increase of approximately 6%.

The Company has increased its investment in marketing and recruitment and expects these efforts to support further enrolments during the current academic year. New enrolments for the academic year ending 30 June 2027 are in line with expectations.

Of currently enrolled students, 37% are in the Primary Years Programme, 53% in the Middle Years Programme and 10% in the IB Diploma Programme. The concentration in the primary and middle years provides opportunities for students to continue their education within the Fairview network.

Outlook

Fairview's priorities for the year ending 30 June 2027 are student recruitment, continued academic progress and careful cost management. Both schools have available capacity to accommodate additional students without new capital expenditure.

The Company expects to publish its audited consolidated accounts and annual report for the year ended 30 June 2026 in the 2nd half of October 2026.
