Result of AGM
FIH Group PLC announced that all resolutions presented at its Annual General Meeting were duly passed by shareholders. The voting results show strong support for most resolutions, with percentages for ranging from 96.73% to 99.93%. Notably, Resolution 4 received 99.93% of the votes in favour, and Resolution 11 received 99.90% in favour, indicating broad shareholder approval for the company's proposals.
