The company, which focuses on mineral interests in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, has eight wholly-owned granted tenements covering 2,314.4km², including prospective copper-gold projects in Western Australia and a rare-earth element, uranium, lithium, and gold project in the Northern Territory.

The Notice of AGM, along with a copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("2025 Accounts") are today being posted to shareholders.
