Result of AGM
Feedback PLC announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on October 13, 2025, where all resolutions were duly passed. Resolution 1, to receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended May 31, 2025, received 17,771,063 votes for, representing 99.999% of votes cast, and 120 votes against. The Directors' Remuneration Report was accepted with 17,763,723 votes for (99.96%) and 7,386 votes against. Adam Denning, Annemijn Eschauzier, Dr. Tom Oakley, Anesh Patel, Philipp Prince, and Professor Rory Shaw were re-elected as directors with votes for ranging from 17,719,573 to 17,764,989. Price Bailey LLP was re-appointed as auditor with 17,770,989 votes for. The authorization of the Directors to allot Equity Securities received 17,720,805 votes for, representing 99.72% of votes cast. As of October 13, 2025, there were 43,814,779 ordinary shares in issue.
