The Company intends to hold the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 8,160,040 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 296,581,536 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), the total issued share capital is 304,741,576 (including treasury shares).
