(AIM: FARN, First North: FARON), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel immunotherapies, announces today that Pacta sunt servanda Oy, an entity wholly owned by Vesa Karvonen, General Counsel of the Company, subscribed 72,000 ordinary shares in Faron at price of EUR 0.5 per share on 18 March 2026, pursuant to the rights issue announced by the Company on 10 March 2026.
