Volution Group plc (“Volution” or “the Group” or “the Company”, LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that it has been notified by Andy O’Brien, Chief Financial Officer, that Rowenna O’Brien, his wife (the “Seller”), has sold a total of 180,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the “Sale Shares”) at a price of 673.6982 pence per Sale Share (the “Sale”).
The Sale was conducted pursuant to a personal financial planning exercise. Following this transaction, Andy O’Brien has an aggregate interest in 361,916 ordinary shares and awards over ordinary shares, equivalent to approximately 0.183% of the Company’s current total voting rights, and remains fully committed to the Group.
